HOW DOES THIS WORK?

  • We bring the Paint Craze event to your venue on a slow night during the week! Your unoccupied, unused space will be the site of a fun, people-filled event, painting, eating, drinking, at no cost to you!
  • Paint Craze participants enjoy what your menu has to offer while having fun, drinking and painting!
  • We feature your venue on our website and include you in our marketing, sales and social media campaigns.
  • The event is usually 2-hours with 1-hour to set up before and 1-hour to clean up after.
  • We cover your tables with a table cloth and provide all the art supplies.
  • Team with us to host private parties and special events too!

What Does the Venue Provide?

  • You provide a NON-carpeted area with tables and chairs that can accomodate 20-40 people. Tables should be cleared off completely so we can place down our own table cloths and setup the painting stations.
  • No need for additional servers/bartenders - Use your existing scheduled staff to be proactive throughout the event, cleaning up empty glasses and asking for new drink and food orders.
  • Music or private space where we can play our own music on our portable speaker set.
  • Good lighting or private space where we can turn up the lights during the event!
  • Logo and Promotional information about your place for our website and marketing materials.

We will need about 4-6 weeks to start promoting the first event. From there we would like for you to host Paint Craze on a regular basis. Give us a try and if you like what you see, let's schedule an event every week!
